Optimal Property Trading Ltd is a property investment company, with an expanding portfolio, operating in the North West of England.
I’m Zack Fisher, Property Developer and Investor. I have spent my career to date working for construction & groundwork companies, whilst being involved in property.
In 2020 I created Optimal Property & went full time for the business. I now focus all my time on delivering high quality homes to add to our property portfolio.
I work with a select group of investors to buy properties, add value and offer excellent returns. I personally invest in all my projects so have a vested interest in their success.
Our Mission
At Optimal Property, our mission is to provide high-quality homes for those in need, working with local housing providers who help local individuals who are recovering from substance abuse & depression.
Since our inception in 2020, we have proudly delivered over 60 high quality bedrooms and delivered exceptional properties to the private market.
