We specialise in collaborating with care providers who support individuals recovering from substance abuse and depression. As the demand for such services grows, our commitment to supply homes becomes even more crucial

In 2024 we began addressing this need by delivering 32 bedrooms across 7 properties. In 2025, we aim to at least double these numbers to meet the ongoing demand

INVESTOR FUNDING & HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED

Investor funding is based on the purchase of a property in cash and in some cases also refurbishment when needed. This allows us to move quickly if we identify a suitable property which passes our due diligence checks.

What we offer to our selected investors

  • 12 month investment loans with the option to roll forward for additional returns
  • 10-12% annual interest (typical but project dependent)
  • Interest paid monthly or at the end of the term
  • Levels of security offered
